    Using scope of coating    

1.Steel structure(mine steel structure, steel structure with dark, wet andwater, steel structure of wharf conveyor, communication tower, railways and bridges, for example: guide of great ship lock in Gezhouba,the flat of Wuhu Changjiang Bridge). 
2.Ships, naval ships, ocean euqipments in high temperature, high heat and salt and frog. 
3.Iron tower(railway iron tower, electric railway telegraph pole, microwave communication tower). 
4.Boilers( paper making, electricity, chemistry, industrial boilers, reheating furnace for transporting oil). 
5.Storage tanks(crude oil, sewage, finished oil, gas storage tanks and the technical tanks). 
6.Machine spare parts( surface strengthening and repair, machining process).

    Classification of coating    

The coating can be classified to 10 categories according to their ingredients:

    Technical features        

1. Quality and performance of coating 
The wire fully melt when spraying, fast particle velocity, dense coating, little content of oxide, high heat energy and kinetic energy of particles, good bonding strength betwenn coating and workpiece. 
2.Anti-corrosion time of coating 
The useful life can reach 30 years after the abrasiveness with organic painting on the metal layer, for example: shaft of coal mine, ship lock of Changjiang river. 
3.wear-resisting performance of coating 
Using wear-resisting or frick materials when spraying, the wear-resisting performance will greatly improved. Wear-resistance will be not lower than Babbitt alloy if using Babbitt alloy wear-resisting thread.

    Classification of coating        

According to American F.N.LONGO, the function of coating can be classified to as below: 
1. Wear-resisting coating Including anti-adhesive wear, surface fatigue wear and erosion-resisting coating. In some circumstances, there is low temperature resistant wear coating (<538℃ )and high temperature resistant wear coating(538~ 843℃ )The useful life can reach 30 years after the abrasiveness with organic painting on the metal layer, for example: shaft of coal mine, ship lock of Changjiang river. 
2.Heat and oxidation –resisting coating 
This coating includes coating in the high temperature process(oxidation atmosphere, corrosive gas, erosion and heat-barrier higher than 843℃ , and molten metallic process(molten Zinc, molten aluminium, molten iron and steel , molten copper). 
3.Atmosphere and corrosion resistant coating 
Atmosphere corrosion includes industrial atmosphere, salt atmosphere,fields atmosphere, impregnation corrosion includes drinking water, non-drinking water, hot freshwater, salt water , chemical and food processing. 
4.Electric conductivity and resistant coating 
Applied for electric conductivity, electric resistant and shielding. 
5.Resume size coating 
Applied for iron-base and nonferrous metal products. 
6.Gap control coating of mechanical parts 
Can be grinded. 
7.Chemical corrosion resistant coating 
Chemical corrosion includes all kinds of acid, alkali, salt,inorganic matters and organic chemical medium.

镍铬锅炉专用涂层 Ni Cr     抗高温硫化物及氧化钒燃气冲蚀涂层,用于锅炉水冷壁管、锅炉下部炉壁的熔体底部区域、沸腾器过度区、过热器管、沸腾器管及端部拱型部分的抗氧化涂层,也适合回收造纸厂黑液锅炉的防护。
铬锰锅炉合金涂层 Cr Mn     万能通用型,HRC>50耐磨抗蚀性能好,收缩率低,延伸性好,可喷厚涂层,用于活塞杆液压柱塞、密封套、曲轴等修复。
高温封孔涂层       无机封孔涂层与SL30配套使用
